Return and Refund Policy
At Hainoteko.pk, we aim to provide you with the best products and services. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to return a product. Please review our policy carefully:
• Eligibility for Return: We only accept returns of products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging (packed pieces). Products must be in the same condition as when you received them.
• Return Process: Once we receive the product, it will undergo a thorough inspection and verification. This process ensures that the product has not been tampered with and remains in its original working condition.
• Exchange Only: We do not offer refunds. If the product meets our return conditions, we will offer you an exchange for another item of equal or lesser value, or a store credit that you can use for future purchases.
• Non-Returnable Products: Any product that shows signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted for return. This includes packaging that has been opened or altered.
• Return Timeframe: Returns must be requested and sent back to us within 3 days of the delivery date. We will not accept returns or exchanges after this period.
• Shipping Costs: The cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer, unless the product received was incorrect or faulty upon delivery.
